This academy is unlike any other business development training program. It was developed by an industry insider, specifically for the commercial construction industry. The processes, tools, and techniques compliment the construction industry uniquely. The program is focused on winning negotiated contracts and focuses on the long sales cycle that is inherent in our industry.

The Chase Less Win More processes and tools are very proven. The cost is dependent on the number of participants from a company, with the minimum cost being $35,000 per company.

Typically, the academy will have a duration of six months, but it can be tailored for a longer or shorter timeframe. In the six month scenario, it is anticipated that each participant will invest 2-4 hours per month in training, check-ins, and capstone completion. Most of this time is self-paced and flexible.

There is not a minimum number of participants, but there is a minimum price of $35,000 per company. As the number of participants increases, the cost per person reduces.

Not at all. The academy is a combination of e-learning, video conferencing sessions, and live in-person training. The modules are e-learning, allowing for flexibility and self-pacing. There are also monthly one hour check-ins with the instructor that allow for a review, and an opportunity for participants to ask questions from the most recently completed modules. 

At the halfway point, there is an in-person half day workshop to reinforce the use of key tools that drive win probability. Lastly, there will be an in-person capstone presentation by participant teams to the instructor and company leadership. The capstone presentation allows participants to practice their new skills and get live feedback.

Day 30

  • Modules 1-3 are completed at a self-learning pace.
  • You’ve learned the Chase Less Win More Philosophy, the winning behaviors to condition the market in the Pre-Game Stage, how to evaluate sector focuses, how to establish sales goals, and how to build a highly intentional go-to-market plan.
  • Video Conference Check-In with your group, including a Review and Q&A Session.

Day 60

  • Modules 4 & 5 are completed at a self-learning pace
  • You’ve learned the discipline of when to “go” and when to not, how to condition the client by appealing to both emotion and logic, how to zipper up the relationship, and how to data mine for key issues.
  • Video Conference Check-In with your group, including a Review and Q&A Session.

Day 90

  • Modules 6 & 7 are completed at a self-learning pace.
  • You’ve learned how to create a proven process to generate client advocacy, you’ve developed a win strategy & messaging plan that crushes the competition, and you have learned the secret sauce in confidently communicating “why us, not them.”
  • In Person Workshops are held to reinforce the use of key tools that drive win probability.

Day 120

  • Modules 8 & 9 are completed at a self-learning pace.
  • You’ve learned best practices in proposal writing, how to create brain-friendly presentations, and what to do after a win — or a loss.
  • Video Conference Check-In with your group, including a Review and Q&A Session.

Day 150

  • Modules 10-13 are completed at a self-learning pace.
  • You’ve learned how to evaluate a healthy pipeline, the major attributes and characteristics of top-level professional business developers in the construction industry. You can convert price buyers into negotiated buyers, and you’ll know how to structure the perfect biz dev meeting.
  • Video Conference Check-In with your group, including a Review and Q&A Session.

Day 180

  • Seven Key Capstone Deliverables are completed.
  • In Person Capstone Presentations by participant teams to the instructor and company leadership. The capstone presentation allows participants to practice their new skills and get live feedback.
